We inspect the roof, photograph what we find, and write a clear scope describing the damage and the work required to put it right. That is the material an insurer asks for, and it is the part most homeowners find hardest to produce on their own.

What We Do Not Do
We are roofers, not public adjusters or attorneys. We do not file your claim for you, we do not negotiate with your insurer on your behalf, and we cannot tell you whether a claim will be approved. Anyone who promises you an outcome before an inspection is guessing. What we can do is make sure the roof has been assessed properly and described accurately.
